  We have a revenue wall, where we mention project wise revenue for every month. The entire team knows about the $$s that each project is bringing in. We are also working towards implementing the salary structure based on Joel Spolsky's ladder as described here: http://joelonsoftware.com/articles/ladder.html So every employee would know why he is being paid, what he is being paid.

• One Week Iterations

• Perpetual Learning Environment

  We have weekly Knowledge Sharing Sessions. Learnings from each project get extracted as blog entries and we are also setting up an internal Knowledge Sharing wiki for this.

• Remote Workers

  We allow developers to work from home, when they need to. Also we have people who use to work at our physical office, but then they had to shift to some other city for personal reasons. They love working with us so much and we would not want to let them go either, so they work for us remotely. With all the collaboration and communication tools, it works out well.
